Refunds and cancellation

Cancel a subscription from Account. Access stays until the end of the period you already paid. We do not hide the cancel button and we do not require a phone call.

If Scorewick is a bad fit, email yihenghua@gmail.com within 14 days of the first paid charge for a full refund of that charge. Game Day passes are refundable only if you have not used a paid board during the 72-hour window.

Chargebacks should be a last resort. Write to us first — we would rather refund a confused charge than fight it.
